I'm a family physician. My colleagues always like to know if a patient is light headed after starting a medicine that we prescribe. We often reduce the dose or stop the medicine. We often need to see the patient in the office to determine the best course of action. Especially if they're losing consciousness. Congrats on the weight loss, it's impressive. Your more important point is more important: It's not about the weight. Congrats on realizing that you are you.
Hi, I'm Shauna. I'm a 4'11" fat woman, who's recently discovered that it's FUN to go back to school after almost 20 years and it's FUN to crochet. I've been fat for most of my life and it's taken a while before I could begin to accept and love myself for who I am, not what I am.
I want to stress that this is not specifically a weight loss blog. It's a blog about who I am; my struggles and experiences with being short AND fat.
I am a great proponent of animal rights and when I'm not in school I'm busy with transporting, fostering bottle baby kittens, and pulling from shelters. I'm also busy with my own kids who consist of 7 kitties, 3 doggies, and 1 parrot. It's a house-full but I wouldn't have it any other way!
